Shipping Policy
Effective: August 2025
Please allow 1–7 business days for order processing and verification, followed by an estimated 3–14 business days for delivery within the U.S.
All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. For security purposes, your billing and shipping address must match. Once an order is placed, delivery information cannot be changed or rerouted.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All claims must be resolved between the buyer and the shipping carrier.
Due to high order volumes, we cannot cancel orders once submitted. We are unable to combine separate orders shipping to the same address.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Orders within the 48 contiguous states are shipped via UPS Ground at a flat rate of $15 USD.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship at a flat rate of $25 USD.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. All international orders are subject to customs duties and import taxes determined by the destination country—these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not support delivery to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can track your shipment via the Shop App or by using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If your tracking status shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please check:

We are not liable for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please reach out directly to the carrier to file a claim.
